Pit Toilet Buildings and Components:

• Pit Toilet Buildings (Wheelchair accessible)
  Pit toilet buildings will be single or multiple user, handicap accessible, that accommodates an obstacle-free 1525 mm circle at minimum, with precast concrete walls and floor and applicable fixtures, and a minimum interior height of 2.15 m;
• Concrete Vaults
  Vaults are to be precast concrete, with dimensions which align with the building size, have minimum capacity of 3,500 litres. The floor of the vault shall be sloped towards an exterior access hatch for cleanout; and
• Vestibules
  A Vestibule is a wall screening the front and one side, full width of the front for the building which accommodates an obstacle-free 1525 mm circle at minimum.  The vestibule may have a sloping roof to match the building roof, have a minimum interior height of 2.15 m and may have a concrete slab floor.

• Installation and Assembly of Goods.

Use this supply arrangement

Step 1: Check if your organization is authorized. Organizations that may use this supply arrangement are:

• B.C. government ministries
• B.C. broader public sector organizations on the CSA User's List

Step 2: Engage suppliers in competitive order process. Complete the Competitive Ordering Process (Appendix B)(DOCX, 81KB) and send to all of the suppliers. A Competitive Order Process must be completed every time Services are needed.

Step 3: Choose the supplier. After the closing date and time, choose the supplier with the lowest price to make the purchase from.

Step 4: Complete your purchase. Countersign then return document to the supplier to confirm the purchase.
