Use this supply arrangement

Step 1: Check if your organization is authorized. Organizations that may use this supply arrangement are:

• B.C. government ministries
• B.C. broader public sector organizations on the CSA User's List

Step 2: Engage supplier in the order process. Complete the Appendix B Purchase Request(DOC, 21KB) and send to the supplier. A Purchase Request must be completed every time Goods are needed.

Step 3: Choose the supplier. After the closing date and time, review the purchase request response and proceed to step 4 if the process to award is determined.

Step 4: Complete your purchase. Countersign the Purchase Request and return document to the supplier to confirm the purchase

• This supply arrangement expires September 30th, 2025, with one six-month options to extend
• Only goods outlined on the price lists are available; other goods need to be obtained in accordance with CPPM 6 - Procurement Policy
• There is no longer a dollar limit associated with this CSA
